When I called to cancel I was told I had to go into the business, when I did go in I was told I had a balance from the past 3 months. I did't know I had a membership and I have never stepped one foot into this place nor used any equipment or attended a class. I did get a harassing / rude automated phone message saying I needed to update my payment information for my membership. I never heard from anyone I did check my spam folders also.
